Arvind is the founder and CEO of LegalKart, a legal technology platform simplifying legal processes and lawyer discovery. Prior founding the LegalKart, Arvind was Vice President for Group Corporate Affairs of Essel Group, one of India’s biggest conglomerates in the field of Media, Infra, Education, Technology, Renewal Power and Finance. Before joining Essel Group, he was Executive vice president at ACME solar where he oversaw the Legal, Public Policy and Corporate Communications. Arvind was one of the early members of Ola’s core team before ACME. His contribution to Ola was establishing its Legal and Corporate Affairs verticals. Arvind was responsible for supporting business expansion through Government policy and regulatory intervention to the high paced Ola’s expansion from 3 cities to 120 cities in the most challenging environment for a transport technology start up.

Awarded with Honorary Doctorate in the field of Management by Young Scientists University, California, Arvind holds an MBA in finance and Masters in Corporate Laws from National Law University, Jodhpur.

Arvind loves flying model aircrafts and hold an experience of more than 5 hrs of flying single engine trainer aircraft. Meditation, hypnosis, graphology and technology are his keen interests.

A qualified Post Graduate in IT and a seasoned professional, having over 18 years of rich and professional experience, including over 24 months of working in International (Ireland) environment as well as an entrepreneurial venture, gaining extensive expertise in over all Business Management, Business Development, Client Interaction & Satisfaction, Project Management from Initiation to Delivery & Support Service, while Managing Technology for Project Execution.

Specialties: Excellent Experience In Managing Projects, Client Satisfaction & Technology Deployment Hands-on proficiency in Product/Project Management & Delivery from Project Initiation to Solution Delivery and Support Services. Extensive experience of Web Portals as well as Client-Server Applications for Media, Retail, Financial Services, Hospitality, Utility, Real Estate sectors to name a few Demonstrated People Management ability in Team Development & Management.

Deepak is strategic initiatives advisor and director in LegalKart. He is a serial entrepreneur and gold medallist from IIT Bombay. After his graduation from IIT Bombay he worked in Oil and Gas Sector in India and Europe. Post his stint in job, he co-founded startup named “Rootin” in public transportation space. He was CEO of Rootin and worked for a year and a half on it. He was invited to US by Y Combinator as a promising investment prospect. After Rootin, he co-founded “Force Structural Engineers” and is currently working as Director. Deepak has experience in taking an idea from concept to implementation in startup landscape. He specializes in strategy, management and product development. Apart from this he is also a coder and does front end development.
